Review Criteria |
- All applicant(s) must be at least 18 years of age and must complete an application.
- All applicant(s) must have a valid state issued identification along with a Social Security number or Tax ID is required.
- A $30 non-refundable application fee in the form of cashiers check or money order is required from all applicant(s). CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED.
- Evictions, Bankruptcies, Charge offs, Collections and No Credit will be considered with an additional deposit.
- Verifiable income is required. All applicant(s) must be employed for a minimum of six (6) months with stable employment and meet the following income ratio requirements:
- Applicant(s) household net income must be equal to or greater than two (2) times the monthly rent amount.
- Applicant(s) must provide two (2) recent paycheck stubs, or in the absence of current employment, other verifiable income will be accepted.
- Self-employed applicant(s) must provide recent bank statements, indicating income as well as their most recent tax return and business license.
- Verifiable rental history required. Applicant(s) must provide two (2) years of verifiable residency history.
- Once the application is approved, a security deposit must be submitted within 24 hours. The applicant(s) have up to 72 hours upon receipt of deposit to cancel their intention to lease with RTI. Once the 72 hour time frame expires, the applicant(s) is subject to a daily rental charge of the apartment. A holding fee of $300 may be submitted that will hold the unit for two (2) weeks. The 72 hour time frame still applies.
